2025 Renaissance Prowler 31. This may be the cleanest & most custom Pre-Owned Power Catamaran on the market of its size today.
The 2025 Renaissance Prowler 31 has seating for 6. This vessel features a lounger up front with cup holders 8 rod holders and SS Armrests. Under the lounger are two large insulated coffin boxes with drains on each side.

At the helm are two captain’s chairs with double armrests that can be flipped up making a bench that has room for 3 passengers.

The cockpit features a flip up bench seat with a removable back rest. The back rest can also double as a rigging station in front of the rear tackle center.

All seating and coming pads are custom with hexagon stitching in grey surrounded by white. All upholstery matches and is in excellent condition.

This boat is in extremely good condition.  It has been thoroughly cleaned/waxed and stored in a warehouse when not in use.

All services have been completed by Mercury Technicians

Everything works well and owner has been meticulous with this boat.  

Very stable while moving and at rest - no seakeeper needed!

New 2025 Helm and Hard top design with full enclosure give the boat a modern look and keep the captain and passengers at the helm out of the elements.

Both Mercury 300HP Motors are under Mercury warranty until 8/15/2027 which is transferable.  Also, the owner opted for the MPP Gold Warranty with coverage until 8/15/2029.  This is also transferable.

Hull/Hard Top/Console has been ceramic coated which comes with warranty.

A wide 10'10" beam allows for a large console with a Deluxe China Porcelain Electric Head with a 6-gallon holding tank and pump with a waste management system.
There are large hatches mid ship on port and starboard sides that are illuminated.
Large illuminated insulated fish boxes in the cockpit floor on port and starboard sides. Fish boxes feature diaphragm pumps with overboard discharge.
Plank Style Gator Step flooring can be found in the console, deck, helm as well as under the gunwales and dive platform.
Rod management system under the gunwales on both sides.
Tackle storage systems with locking doors and pull-out shelves on the port and starboard side of the helm.
