Developed with the serious angler in mind, the 31 Tournament Edition is the ultimate fishing rig in its class. This boat initiated Fountain's domination of bluewater fishing tournaments. Anglers sporting a 31 Tournament Edition have won more SKA World Championships than with any other boat in the world. Equipped with a pair of 225 Mercury Optimax engines, this boat runs over 60 mph - fully loaded.
Coupled with our notched transom and pad keel hull design, the 31 Tournament Edition is extremely stable, steady at trolling speeds and well-equipped for the tough trips. Other features include:
- Seven stringers and 10 bulkheads which are glassed into place for superior structural integrity
- Heavy-duty trim tabs and hydraulic steering
- Complete instrumentation
- A 400-quart insulated fish box with overboard drains, a 50-gallon circulating livewell, rod holders and a self-bailing cockpit liner
Fountain is also one of the only manufacturers that uses high density foam, Interplastic vinyl ester resins, mulit-directional fiberglass and laminates its hulls and decks together creating a unitized process that is race course proven.

Our 50-gallon circulating live-well will keep bait fresh all day long.
